By booking a Durga Puja VIP Pass 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

• The full payment of ₹1,999 must be made online at the time of booking.
• Your booking will be confirmed only after successful payment.
• All payments are strictly non-refundable.

Usage of VIP Pass

• Each pass grants entry for up to 4 persons at 45+ premium pandals across Kolkata.
• Pass validity: Sep 26, 2025 to Oct 3, 2025.
• Pass holders must comply with pandal-specific entry rules, timings, and security checks.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced or refunded.

Delivery

Passes will be delivered to the customer’s provided address before the start of Durga Puja. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Once delivered, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of passes.

Liability

We are not liable for unforeseen events such as crowd control measures, weather disruptions, government restrictions, or decisions made by puja committees that may affect entry. Entry to pandals is subject to local regulations and security protocols.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
