This Refund & Delivery Policy outlines our process for delivering VIP passes and handling payments.
To secure your Durga Puja VIP Pass 2025, you must pay the full amount of ₹1,999 online at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed only after successful payment.
Please note: the full payment of ₹1,999 is strictly non-refundable. Once booked, passes cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Passes will be delivered to your provided address before the start of Durga Puja (Sep 26, 2025). Our team will confirm delivery via phone or WhatsApp.
Since all bookings are final, no refunds will be issued. In the rare event that delivery cannot be completed due to our fault, we will work with you to provide a resolution.
